Shipping policy

All shipping rates are calculated through UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties. International taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, the taxes, duties, and shipping fees will not be refunded.

In stock items may take up to 1 week to be prepared for shipment.

Made-To-Order items may take up to 4 to 6 weeks to be prepared for shipment. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner. However, due to the artisan quality of our products, we ask that all customers be aware of this production window. After your payment has been cleared and your order is completed at checkout, you will receive an email of your invoice.
